For buyers

  • How do I search for properties on Propzee?

    Use the search bar on the homepage. Enter your city or locality, then use filters to narrow by property type, budget, bedrooms, and construction status.

  • Are all listings on Propzee verified?

    Yes. Every listing goes through our verification process before going live. We check the lister’s identity and property signals before approval.

  • Is there any brokerage fee for buyers?

    No. Propzee charges zero brokerage to buyers. Contacting owners and viewing properties is completely free.

  • How do I contact a property owner?

    Click the WhatsApp or Call button on any property listing. You will be connected directly to the owner or authorised agent.

  • Can I save properties to view later?

    Yes. Click the heart icon on any property card to save it. Access all saved properties from your dashboard.

  • How do property alerts work?

    Set your search criteria in the alerts section of your dashboard. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp when new matching properties are listed.

For sellers

  • How do I list my property on Propzee?

    Click Post Property, sign in, and complete the listing flow. Basic listings are free. Your listing goes live after our verification team approves it (usually within 24 hours).

  • How long does verification take?

    Our team verifies listings within 24 hours of submission. You will receive an email confirmation when your listing is approved.

  • What documents do I need to list?

    For a verified badge: a property document (sale deed, khata, or encumbrance certificate as applicable), and your Aadhaar-linked mobile number for OTP verification where required.

  • Can I edit my listing after posting?

    Yes. Go to Dashboard → My Listings and click Edit on any active listing.

  • How do I feature my listing?

    From Dashboard → My Listings, use Boost Listing to feature it higher in search results. Pricing is shown in-product (typical boosts are in the ₹499–₹999 range depending on duration and city).

  • Why was my listing rejected?

    Common reasons: incomplete information, unable to verify ownership, duplicate listing, or pricing inconsistency. Check your email for the specific reason and resubmit after corrections.

Account & security

  • How do I sign in to Propzee?

    Use Google Sign-In, email + password, or email magic link. Phone OTP is on our roadmap.

  • How do I delete my account?

    Email hello@propzee.in with subject “Account Deletion Request”. As per the DPDP Act, 2023, we will process your request within 30 days.

  • How is my data used?

    See our Privacy Policy at propzee.in/privacy-policy for complete details. We never sell your personal data.
