Propzee was founded in 2026 in India, at a time when buyers were tired of fake listings, recycled stock photos, and endless broker cold calls on legacy portals.

We set out to fix the fake listings and agent spam problem that still plagues many Indian property marketplaces, with a roadmap to bring the same verification-first approach across more cities every month.

Every listing is human-verified before it goes live: we check identity, ownership signals, and basic property consistency so you spend time on real homes — not chasing ghosts.
