Platform only — not a broker

Propzee is an online marketplace and technology platform that connects users with property listings. We are not a real estate broker, agent, or developer unless expressly stated for a specific product. We do not guarantee the completion of any transaction between users.

Listing accuracy

Responsibility for listing accuracy lies with the person or entity posting the listing (owner, agent, or builder). You represent that your listings are truthful to the best of your knowledge. Propzee may remove or moderate content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use Propzee to:

Post fake, misleading, or fraudulent listings or enquiries.
Harass, defraud, or impersonate others.
Violate intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Distribute malware, scrape the service in breach of our policies, or circumvent security.

Account termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and the platform. You may stop using Propzee at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive (e.g. liability limits where permitted) will survive termination.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use listings and third-party interactions at your own risk and should conduct your own due diligence.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
